We use a combination of hands-on and movement-based therapy for musculoskeletal treatment, addressing the underlying problem directly so you don’t have to keep coming back for ongoing appointments.

What our clients say about us…
I had a great experience with Diana. After hurting my knee skiing, I saw Diana who assessed and treated it. She was very thorough with her assessment and gave me a management program to follow. I highly recommend her as a physio.
I have experienced both physiotherapy and Pilates before. But since finding Diana, I haven’t gone elsewhere. Pilates classes run by a physiotherapist make a world of difference! The classes are of very high quality and a lot of fun. Highly recommend. 10/10!
The best Pilates Studio out! Diana at Liberate specialises in Women’s Health Physio and her Postnatal Reformer Pilates classes have helped me so much. Would highly recommend her classes for anyone, but particularly mamas wanting to get back into exercising safely after birth.
I am new to Reformer Pilates. I tried my very first class with Diana and I found her very helpful and approachable. She was reassuring throughout the class and helped correct my form. I really enjoyed Reformer Pilates.
